Just a few numbers to illustrate Doug's point about time. A depression that is 20 yards in diameter and averages 2 yards deep will have contained 600+ yards of soil. If you remove 1/4 yard per trip then it will take over 2400 trips. If a body likes to spread their fun out over an extended period of time, this project should do the trick. Have at it, it sounds like a fun project but be open to modification of plans as you proceed. Keep us posted.
