Interesting, around here rain wouldn't stop the chopping. In fact, there's times farmers will set up a sprinkler on the pile to add water when packing. Then again, this weekend and yesterday it was 90+ with mid teens for humidity, with wind. Nothing stays wet for very long... different than most parts of the country.
