Agree with Al, probably 180 off timing wise. Pull the valve cover and get valves rocking/overlap on cylinder four, exhaust almost closed and intake starting to open to make sure engine is on number one compression. Then align the pump marks as needed. Hopefully the pump internal mark is where it belongs, it can be 180 off too...
