Rminds me of a story in Readers Digest a while
back. Two different fellows ask an oldtimer about
a neighborhood they were thinking of moving into.
The oldtimer asked them both individually how
their old neighbors were. The first said "they
are a bunch of jerks, can't get along with any of
them." The other said "they are wonderful. I
really hate to have to leave them behind, but my
