I had trouble with my next door neibor for years he wanted the land that I own and bought at public sale it helped him by being on the board of directors for the township but I new to many people that worked road crew and police force that told me what was going on in advance. out smarted em most time but they got me a time or two. One day I got so made I went to the local live stock auction and bought a truck load of hogs and built a pen right by his house (the proper distance from the line of course witch made them a hole 50 feet from his house) never had trouble with him since. Then another new clown decided to reasses my place showed up unanouced dambed near got eat alive by my dog, so I called the cops to have him arrested for trespassing. They said they couldn't do that unless I had preveioulsly told them not to or had no tresspassing signs up whitch I didn't, so I went wright over put them all on notice not to tresspass with out at least 24 hours notice then of to wal-mart for the signs. All very legal and no more probles. Good luck all
