Judging from what you say - there was good oil pressure and then it dropped - I think you may have sheared the gears on the oil pump or twisted the shaft. Is there still oil in the crankcase? If not, then that is the problem. If there is then there must be a problem with the oil pump. I would start by taking the oil pan off and seeing if maybe the pickup tube fell off, if that is still intact I would remove the oil pump and check for any damage to that. Steven
