Don't overlook a 120 volt starter, if you use your washer with power nearby. All you need is the flywheel and starter - most of which include the plug and starter button.
Here in snow country most any mower/small engine shop will have the parts you need on an old snowblower in their boneyard. (In Georgia however this may not be quite so likely...!)
