Probably one of the hardest tractors to pull start. Even after you get the motor turning you are going to need the glow plugs. Forget the pull starting and consecrate on getting the stater going. Solenoid is not that costly and you will be time ahead. Take the air inlet off and spray a mixture of 50/50 gas and diesel if you get it turning over should fire some anyway. Injector pump rack is probably stuck.
