Thank you for your response. I did change the filters and bled using the hand pump located just upstream of the filters. I think the injector pump is stuck because I am not getting fuel to to the injectors. It has a statadyne pump which does not seem to be original from my research.I tried pulling in every gear . While pulling I popped the clutch several times and the clutch definitely engages. It just doesn�t seem to engage hard enough to turn the engine over. Is there any way to adjust that clutch or does it mean splitting and installing a new one . The tractor seems to be in good shape . It sat outside but is complete . Thanks again
