That is definitely a lot of work to clean those up. Those were originally a steel wheel that was cut down and rims welded to the spokes. Those wheel centers look like they are from a McCormick tractor not an Oliver. I can not remember seeing any of those tractors having the spokes riveted to the hub. The spokes are cast into the hub for the rear like your fronts appear to be in the picture. The parts book lists a couple wheel options but they are just different lug styles. That center hub should have an A705 casting # on it. You done a good job cleaning them up and as long as they fit the axle splines correctly, they will continue to work. Do a google search of 10-20, 15-30, W30 or W40 McCormick models and you will see how their wheels are assembled. I could be wrong too but I've been around several of those early Oliver -HP tractors.
