If you are looking at parts be sure you look at the 300 loader for a 790 tractor and don't get parts for the 300 loader tractor. You can confirm what you need for JD part numbers using the on line catalogs. I would repair those cylinders unless badly damaged.
From what I looked at it appears:
On a straight 300 loader the complete 790 bucket cylinder is about $400. From JD the kits needed are AHC17687 (bore) about $66. and AHC16981 (rod) about $16.
For a 300X loader the complete cylinder is about $730. The rod kit is AHC16982 for about $30. The bore kit is AHC16965 for about $46.
Some of those kits cross to A&I. Likely some other vendors can cross them as well.
