This is the original one off this tractor. It rotates CCW as viewed in this picture. The new one I got the blades are slanted to the left it looks made reversed of this one. So it seemed it would scoop up more water ? So I put it on the tractor. Have not started it up yet. I got to asking and reading some about this and now I am wondering if someone stuck the wrong impeller for reverse rotation on the new one ? I emailed the vendor and asked if it was a redesign ? So far they say it is, but I do not know if I should believe them or if they are just trying to blow me off ? I sure don't want to over heat an engine and blow it up. Maybe it won't really make any difference as these impellers don't fit very tight to the housings anyhow. Not sure if I should pull it back off and get another one or not ?
