Here is SW North Dakota I would say around 90% wide front. Not necessarily standard tread, but an adjustable wide front on most tractors. Probably about 40% standards and 60% row crop, but most of the row crops are wide fronts.

I have 2 narrow front tractors, an F-12 and F-14. I only know of a handful of others in the area.
