Spent the last 2 days working at my folks house. Added a lean to on their shed. Took Ernie the 2n over today and when we crunk it up to drive off trailer it made. Terrible noise. It started up so we drove it to it's new home. Shut it off and hit starter button again, more horrible noise. Pulled starter and bendix had come apart. Found the spring and 90% of the retainer clip. Big washer disappeared. Fished around with a magnet on a stick for 30 minutes. It's gotta be in there!
