Well that is my pet peeve with the english language. Many many words spelled the same meaning different things and words spelled differently and pronounced the same. I think old Danial Webster had a few too many Jack Daniels--------------Loren PS I do know what T rail binders are, and have seen the rivets replaced with bolts. I doubt that the rivets were harder than a grade 5 bolt, and those can bend the T rail if if the binder is adjusted too tight. The spacer band drives the dual wheel. The binders just hold it in place.
