The old windows 7 laptop refuses to reboot so no chance there. The even older desktop works but will not run the windows movie maker because the sound system is defective. That one has been lame for years and will only run with the startup disk for windows in the drive. So no, I don't have a working cd drive. Guess I'll have to buy one of those external drives for the new laptop.
