I went and looked at that hit & Miss engine, it is a pump everything comes with it and it is free,turns over with no problem. Good compression. Super nice guy, he has a lot of engines. Said for you to call.Oh he guaranteed it to run. He is a member of Smoke stack forum, forgot to ask him his handle
