Let me make it easier. He wants to use some 120volt appliances off of 12 volt, but keep the ability to use 120 volt when hes at a park.
It has a converter, 120 to 12. He needs an inverter to go from 12 to 120, but he needs a transfer switch between the 2, and he really should NOT try to use the current outlets. Right? But he could wire up the inverter to separate outlets to use 120 volt appliances, and be safe.
