That guy walking away shaking his head, as if you were dumb and he was smart. So he bid 925? What's 75 bucks when you both want the tractor? He was just mad 'cause you didn't let him steal it. He would have been all smiles if he had won the bid at 975 bucks. (poor sport)
One other possibility... maybe he was a shill? Has anyone seen that at an auction?
