Well just got back from Moms place. Dad had one sensor off. His are old enough they can be unplugged from wires. I checked the wires for voltage 6 volts DC so this was ok from what I saw on you tube. Plugged the sensor back in hooked it back up and all works as designed. It may of gotten bumped and the wire connection was bad ? I have no idea ? but it all works now. I found out If a sensor is bad or unhooked your remote controls will quit working. You have to push the manual button in and hold it to close the door. The older they get the more of these unexplained mysteries I seem to encounter. Then to top it all off when I get home and close my garage door it comes back up and light starts blinking ! Ghost followed me home ? I did find a spider web had a leaf dangling from the door so I think that is what set it off.
