Mike, On time my sencors appeared to be working. One was red and the other green. I replaced the opener and used the old sensors instead of wiring in the new ones.
My door will open when I removed the green one from bracket. It just won't close and the red sensor will blink.
So if you think you have sensor issues just replace them or borrow sensors form another door.
