Wow, high ground, well drained, clay/loam ? One spring I was helping my long time good friend with spring planting and it was hard dry ground, clay/loam, his IH 5-18 plow would not sink in. He had me weld old shares onto the existing ones, something I had never heard of before. I think I used 5/16" 7018 and turned the heat up, put some heavy welds on there and it seemed to work. We did get some rains at some point after and he was able to get plowing again, but that soil was real hard, I figured nothing would work.
Love the contrast and the Case colors in the photos, great seeing that tractor doing some grunt work !
