Hmmm, N. Dallas eh? You're just a short distance from the hub of artcar activity, Houston. Now how about painting the largest likeness of your tractor that's possible onto your car or truck and park that in the driveway. I doubt the law reads "likeness of a tractor". That means too you could create an art sculpture using scrap tractor components including tires to put in the front yard. It could have a remarkable likeness to a whole tractor but it isn't and can't be regulated as anything more than a sculpture. That may so annoy her she'd be wishing she had said nothing negative about your fine "A" tractor. One last thing, such hassles are some of the reasons I am now on 40 acres of unincorporated (no town jusisdiction) woodland. Yes I'd be real torqued by laws like you just had a bad experience with.
