You guys overthink much? It s pretty straightforward. If your tractor or implement goes under 25 mph, you need an smv. Been that way for decades. If your tractor goes 40mph, you need a round sticker that says 40 mph. If the implement you re pulling can only be pulled at 30mph, you need a round sticker that says 30mph. Almost all equipment coming from Europe already has the sticker for kph. Just need to change it to the obsolete mph...
