I'm not sure I get the point. If you get behind a tractor going 30 mph down the road, why do I need to read a sticker on the tractor that says 30 mph? I've already noticed that dang tractor sure is a fast one! Or if he is only going 20 mph, am I supposed to honk at him because he's going too slow? Or is the point of this to show that even though he has a SMV sign, it is ok for him to go faster than the usual 25 mph limitation (or whatever your state uses) on farm vehicles? Do you have to pay for the 30 mph sticker? If you don't have the 30 mph sticker but get caught going 30, is that a violation? This sounds more like a revenue scheme than a safety scheme.
