There can be two problems here. A coil will break down after running a while. I usualy takes a little longer than 15 min. If you have the Kawasaki engine that came in your sled crank seals are a problem. To check the pto end spray a little starting fluid on it running. If the engine speeds up you have a leak. One other problem I just remembered with a kawasaki is the chrome can flake in the cylinders. Usualy below the ex ports. Check the coil and seals first.
