I dont know about eleven to 12 on the 15 speed its been a long time since Ive been in one but on the 8 speeds 7 to 8 hesitates and so does 3 to four if your under a full load its in those certain gears it dropping a bunch of clutches and brakes in the planateries thats why they hesitate and theyll jerk if you got the shift valve set for fast shifts . On the 16 speed funk In the 8000 series 3 to 4 or 4 to 5 cant remember which will kill the motor on a good hard pull with a 9 shank v ripper thats has dropped through the hard pan and then twelve to 13 was a hard shift those tractors were using cheap oil my cousin has one he only uses hy gard and it shift smooth as silk in all gears . the operators manual says you need to have the dealer recalibrate the transmission for shifting when other oils than hy gard is used but who reads the book 🤷♀️.
