To All who have commented on AGCO acquiring the Challenger (CAT): I believe you have all overlooked the mistakes of the tractor companies that either have been bought out or dissolved in the past. It is not the Engineers fault or the workers at the factory. Blame must be laid on the CEO and Board of Directors of the time. Also, top management plays a key role in the success or failure of any company. Good Marketing Executives are a must in the success or failure of any company. All tractors out there have their good qualities and detrimental qualities. Let us not judge AGCO or Catipillar for a decision made by the management of both companies. Only Father Time will tell if this was a wise decision or not.
