I heard this story about THIRD-HAND so I don't know how accurate it is, but story is a farmer was pulling His new pull-type chisel plow home from town with His 3/4 ton 4X4 pickup about 65 MPH. The pin to lock the wheels into transport position without a hyd. cyl. bounced out when He was on a blacktop road. I guess He only chiseled about 10-15 feet of blacktop before He ground to a halt. Story I heard the whole drive train of the truck shifted forward about 2 feet from the stop. The fan & waterpump were almost sticking THRU the grill!
