You can get someone to build up your place correctly or you could build it yourself and run into problems. Eventually you'll get it built but if you do it your self all the headaches will turn into fond memeries. Best advise I can give you is to leave room for more shops. You're not going to stop with one tractor, or horse....you're going to be overrun with more of both.

I remember when a guy started building a fince on a picse of property across the road that I was saving to buy. I took a tractor w/auger and started putting in his post hole. Turned out to be one of the best friends I got.
