I completely restored my '44 Farmall 'A'. Boy was I so proud !!
Fired her up to back her into the light of day and the darn thing pulled forward in REVERSE !! It also pulled backwards in the three forward gears !!
Some fool had installed the ring gear on the wrong side of the pinion. Darn those final drives are heavy.
