The big problem is money and time, both of which are in terribly short supply on the american farm, Everyone has had to try and do everything with too small equipment, too old, and nearly worn out, if you'll re-read most of these, many happened ten, twenty, thirty years ago. Farmers trying to push the envelope of daylight just trying to get done with a field, try to mow just a few more feet of alfalfa, run just a little faster, trying to beat a storm. It's just the nature of agriculture, with the price structure in this country. A government inspector would quickly be universally hated, and seriously is not needed. John in Nebraska.
