Kinda like the way the auto safety inspections have prevented car accidents? Or the way the FAA has prevented airplane crashes? Let's see now, you got a inspector needs to be paid, give him the power to tell you what equipment you can and can't use, farmer has to go out and buy new equipment to satisfy some Washington burro-crat, can't afford it so he goes outa business. Sounds like a wonderful idea to me.
