i'm betting on bad cable from battery to stater had a massey 44 that would not turn over every thing was shinny clean found under gas tank cable was all green but looked good on the out side by pass every thing with a jumper cable from battery to stater on JDS dont ground to the battery box they are bolted down and dont make ground good
