I don't have one but first kind of uneducated guess would be the steering and pto are on the same priority valve and when you turn to the end causes more uptake of pressure, kind of like older trucks when you turned all the way to the end and the belt squealed. One thing is maybe check pressures, if pump is getting weak or filter plugged can reduce what you should have for pressure. Like I said, uneducated guess.
