Terri's advice is about the best you will get - When the temps fall below freezing I avoid using the gray water and black water tanks to avoid any potential with splitting the tanks - to repair them that can get expensive - I dont even bother with the fresh water system most of the times, carry my water in jugs. (If your only in cold weather for a very short time, and have enough antifreeze in the blackwater tank, limited use should not be a problem due to the nature of the waste.)

Be sure you have enough RV antifreeze on hand to fill the fresh water lines and put some in all drain lines and tanks.

I picked up an oil radiator to supplement the heat when parked to shore power to lower the use of propane, and when parked at the farm I have 4 extra 45 lb tanks to use. Dont want to find out at midnight I am out of propane!

Also in colder areas watch for condensation, you may want to crack a window at night to help keep this down or run the air. Depending on the construction it might seep into the walls, be sure you check the windows for puddles of water.
My Airstream collects water there real fast.
