Gerald the WA40 came out in 1935,it had a 279 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine. In 36 they put in a 298 cubic inch engine. They had a WK40, aWD40 4 cylinder diesal. The later ones were called W40s. Go to Tractor Photos section and type in WK-40. I have a picture of my WK40 there. It has a 450 Red Diamond engine in it.The Red Diamond bolts right in.Bill from up North must have a 406 Red Diamond in his. These tractors are fairly rare and highly collectible.Bill from SD
