Poppin: Read the lead post and link. It is about ACCOUNTABLE tilling (and tileing) farm methods. This story details farmers draining 454 square miles of land into one 8,000 acre PUBLIC LAKE system with almost no regard to the damage it has done. Maybe the day any sunnyboy who gets a deed to land from daddy can not be allowed to do anything on that land.. IF.. it results in damage "downstream" to others. "Accountable farming methods" is the key here. The damage in the story link needs to be prevented from being repeated elsewhere. John D.
