All of the stores west of the Mississippi have closed. And here in IA, they were doing a dern fine business. I probably bought in excess of $1000 a year, and it was obvious they were making money. One small town about 15 miles from me closed its store, and it was all that town had going for it. I imagine its the same old story, some bigwig at the top decided to get richer. Anyways, I hope they reopen them soon, I sure do miss it.
P.S. I'm talking about Country General stores, but everybody calls them S&S, what they used to be. Is this the same one as back east?
