Put a shovel full of charcoal on top of the stump, cut as low to the ground as possible, and put a 5 gallon steel bucket over the top, with a hole cut in the bottom of the bucket to accomodate an air tube of 2 to 3 inch diameter. Hook a blower unit to the air tube, don't need to be much more than a hair drier for the blower.
Light the charcoal, and when it gets burning, turo on the blower.
Place lawn chair upwind of the stump, and enjoy a cool beverage. Number of beverages needed is relative to the size of the stump.
