After I cut this big 3 1/2ft Maple down I had some realy BIG chunks of wood to get rid of. I tried burning them and all they would do is char and stop burning. Got tired of burnig my firewood to get rid of the stump chunks so I took a leaf blower and taped a 2in steel pipe 10 ft. long to the end of it started a fire on the wood turned on the blower and I had a BLAST Furnace the fire got white hot and burned the wood fast. So build a fire under part of the stump put the blast pipe in the fire and you will burn it out fast! But I warn you wear sunglasses cause the intencity of the flame will turn your face red and wipe out your eyes too! The flame will be white hot!! Once going you can blow holes just like a torch. It works try it. Mark H.
