This is a common problem with infrequent use. My TO30 did this at first. I just idled up to a large tree(good front bumper) and pushed down on the pedal,gas it enough to not stall, and the bonding will break free of the rust on the flywheel, then fill in the holes. To clean off the rust, I slipped the clutch again until it got hot and quit sticking. That was 13yrs ago, and the clutch still works great. Proper adjustment is: 3/16" between clutch pedal rod and foot peg contact.
