The the 'Harmless Product' argument was made for tobacco,asbestos,lead,mercury and a host of chemicals proven harmful to man and beast.Without our Judicial System the large corporations with Mega Buck$ could do anything they want without the common every day citizen being able fight them.Companies like Bayer(Monsanto) have the Gov't regulators and many elected officials in their back pocket$ with cash donations,luxury trips and revolving door employment with gov't and then go to work for the companies they regulated and vice versa.Juries are getting the evidence from both sides and they are making the decisions.Juries made up of not trial lawyers but every day common citizens.
