Is that a John Deere D239 if so they should be wet sleeves. Make sure counter bores are clean & o rings groves are good and clean test fit liners in block befour you install o rings DO Not use oil on o rings use soap like liquid dish washer soap or your JD dealer should have the proper lubercant.Make sure the flange on the liner is above the deck the right amount.
