Are you checking the spark at each plug? Not at the coil or distributor end, but check at the plug end of each wire. Should jump 1/4" blue hot spark to ground.
Look at the plugs, if any doubt, replace them, or go ahead and replace them just to say you did.
A good test of the fuel system and engine condition, remove and ground the coil wire, remove the air cleaner tube, hold your hand tightly over the air inlet of the carb. Have an assistant spin the starter, you should get strong steady vacuum and your hand wet with gas.
If poor or no vacuum, valve problems. If vacuum and no gas, fuel problem.
Any chance the tank has water contamination, or filled with something other than gas?
