You better believe it is. My sister lives in FB right by the Brookhaven CC off Marsh Ln and all the roads leading in there are marked "No Trucks Over 3/4 Ton". Since I drive a 1 ton, it just gives me an excuse not to have to go over to their hoity toity snobby neighborhood. I can't blame 'em none though, I don't like the riff-raff in my neighborhood either. If I see any o' 'em out in my back pasture swingin' one o' them goofy golf clubs, I'm gonna pepper 'em with a little rock salt.
