I agree it would be easy to build. It is one molded piece, the axle is just a grade 8 five-eights bolt. There is some wording on the back called Hi-Clip patent pending. Hmmmmmmmm. Just really curious where Dad might of got this. I know we had a 501 Ford Pitman mower that came with the 901 Selecto Speed when he bought new in 1962. Though I could use another attachment like this for my other Sickle mower, I am interested who came up with such a good idea for mounting on the sickle bar.
