My Buick 3800 now has the battery voltage reading 15.1v when turned off and 12.8v (according to gauges) when running. One power seat works intermittently and dash lights have gone into flicker mode, but now ok. I'm suspecting a poor ground somewhere since all fuses checked out ok. Any suggestions where to go from here?
