Sounds like it is time to move! You must live in a nice area. Where my in-laws live you can't park you car in the drive way you haft to park it in the garage (at least not leave one their to long and not being moved)! Some housing areas tell you what color you paint the house too. These problem accure when city folks have nothing better to do with their time so they make up stupid laws. Maybe you need to get a junker type car and paint on it the word Tractor and realy get them going. See who complains then. And you wonder why we go to war? Mark H.
