Some of the old Cletrac crawlers used Buda engines. A good source for those tractor parts is Zimmerman Oliver Cletrac in Ephrata, PA. 717-738-2573
If he doesn't have anything at least he might be able to point you in the right direction.
Another suggestion is to buy bronze stock and turn to required press fit and semi finish the ID, then have them honed after press fit. Of course, you will need to track down a good engine machine shop first and you're going to have to pay the price...it's not a really complicated job. Get on the web and find an engine machine shop that specializes in antique engines.
